Shhhhhhh

Psalm 39:1 says "...I will watch what I do and not sin in what I say."  Is this a principle you practice?  Are you careful when you speak; careful to not be hurtful, not to place blame, not to gossip?  My momma always said "...if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all."  Try it and watch your relationships heal.
