Have you seen Jesus?

Have you seen Jesus lately?  Matt Redman, in his song "Pure Light," says there's an "...overflow of those who know they have seen [Jesus]."  So again I ask:  Is there an overflow in your life because you've been in the presence of God's Son? When I try to define this overflow in my own life...

• I think of the extravagant love and forgiveness I feel when I'm on my knees confessing sin;
• I think of the insight I receive just in the nick of time when my two teenagers need advice, guidance or discipline;
• I think of the satisfaction that is mine when I'm teaching a class or guiding a group of women knowing I'm in the center of God's perfect will for me personally;
• I think of the awe I experience when I sit on my deck and marvel at His creation; the creation He made beautiful just for my enjoyment.

Yes, when you've seen Jesus...when you've actually experienced His Presence...there's an immeasurable feeling of oneness with His heart that stimulates an overflow into every area of your life. 

Make sure you've seen Jesus today.  You don't want to miss out.
