I will be honored!

Most of us know Psalm 46:10; that familiar passage that says "Be still, and know that I am God!"  But did you know that that verse contains two more powerful statements?  God still speaking, it says "I will be honored by every nation.  I will be honored throughout the world."  Yes, our God is a jealous God and He wants all of us, not just a part.  He wants to be honored in every area of our lives. Try to imagine Him speaking to you in the tone this verse conveys.  What would He say?

• I will be honored in your marriage!
• I will be honored in your online habits!
• I will be honored in your business dealings!
• I will be honored in your recreational activities!

Deuteronomy 4:39 says  "Acknowledge and take to heart this day that the LORD is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other." Make sure He's being honored in your life.  Make sure He has all of you...not just apart.  What are you holding back?
